Anchored Women's Health new chamber business of the year 2025!
I am a board-certified family nurse practitioner with over 10 years of experience in primary care as an RN and NP. I am excited to offer a full range of primary care services here at Anchored Women’s Health. I can help with diagnosis and management of a wide range of acute issues (like respiratory infections, UTIs, rashes, etc.) and chronic conditions (like diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, etc.). I will also collaborate with patients on wellness and preventive health, such as cancer screenings, immunizations, and goals related to nutrition and exercise. I continue to strive to provide a space in which patients feel heard and to provide care that is considerate of patients’ individual needs, priorities, and preferences.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and am an avid Brazilian jiu jitsu practitioner/instructor/jiu jitsu school co-owner with my wife.

My name is Suzanne Norgang and I am a Certified Nurse Midwife. I studied at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. I have lived in Blue Hill with my family since 2008.
Birth is what originally drew me to midwifery but over the years women’s heath and gynecology have become my primary practice. I love this work and I am as committed to women’s healthcare today as I was on day one. Well Body Care, Managing Abnormal Pap Tests/colposcopy, Menopause Care and trauma informed gyn care are the areas of women’s health I’m most interested in at this time.
When I’m not in the clinic I enjoy running, raising sheep, spinning fiber and exploring coastal islands.

I am an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant, an IBCLC. I help families with any of their concerns about breastfeeding and providing breast milk to their baby.
At a lactation consult, we’ll have time to answer your questions, review your experience and understand ways to improve it. We’ll weigh the baby before and after a feeding. That will show you how much milk your baby got at that feeding. At the end of the visit, I'll give you a simple plan in writing. You can easily schedule a follow up appointment.
You may bring a support person with you to the visit.
Any time you have concerns, call us. The first two weeks are most important for building a robust milk supply so if it's difficult then, let's meet sooner than later.
The IBCLC credential is the only internationally recognized accreditation for lactation consultants. Of the 14 other certifications for lactation education, the IBCLC is the most rigorous.
Learn more about your body, learn more about your baby. Feeding can be a comfortable and pleasant part of your family's life.
